Swim lessons

Ever since we bought the girls a new little pool, Teagan has been talking about learning how to swim. So, we got her in the last session at our city pool. We didn't expect much from her, but just after 3 days she is actually starting to put her face in the water! Amazing for those of you who know how picky she can be. Obviously she isn't going for the full immersion yet, but, hey, it is a start.

Kaelsy's new mouthpiece

So, Kaelsy decided to turn her rather large cucumber into a personal mouthpiece. How fitting considering she is always hitting her head on something. She did finally take it out after quite a long time for some chocolate (she is her mother's daughter)though. We just couldn't let this moment go without some evidence to show for the future.

The Three Siblings

So, I finally got a couple of other pictures uploaded and it took some extra steps for me. Our camera broke in Arizona and thankgoodness for our old one, but we have misplaced the connection to the computer. Aghh. Thank goodness for our scanner but that explains the poor quality. Oh well... it worked. Kyre... get used to being caught in the middle. Poor kid. :-)

Phoenix or Bust!

Although the trip for Kim and Kyre ended a little short, we all had a blast, especially the girls! Brady is so right that there truly is so much to do in his beloved homestate, and we still didn't get to do everything. What a great trip with great family!

"Papa" will be missed!

Grandpa Chambers was not just a grandpa to my girls, but he was there "Papa"! Brady and I never called him that around Teagan, it was just something she came up with on her own. And from that first time she called him that, it stuck even for Kaelsy. I think it tickled Grandpa that he had a special name that his "sweetheart" called him. Yes, Teagan let everybody know that she was Papa's Sweetheart. I even found a shirt that said Grandpa's Sweetheart on it but thank goodness she couldn't read. Because to her, it said Papa on it. She wore it everytime we would go see him, even if it was a couple of days in a row! He will be greatly missed but thank goodness for pictures, memories that the girls and even little Kyre will always have!

We love you Papa, always!
